Okay after last night's session one of my players brought a new fighter to the table. Our fight combat yielded a massive amount of damage from him. Let me break it down.
Character Str 21 (normally 19 strength with gaunlets of Orge power) +5 ability modifier
He wields a greataxe 2 handed thus adding 1.5 to his ability modifier.
His greataxe is a +1 weapon and he has weapon specialization.
Question: would his modifier to damage with a greataxe be 12 or 10.?
Or to ask it differently does the weapon enhancment bonus and weapon specialization added on after timesing the strength modifier by 1.5?
I'm thinking 10 as the +1 enchancement bonus and the weapon specialzation isn't a bonus to strength.
