Question about Staggering Strike [Complete Adventurer]

This is just a question about Staggering Strike, from page 112 of the Complete Adventurer.

If I understand the feat correctly, every time you do damage with a sneak attack, you trigger a Fort saving throw (DC vs. damage dealt).

Any failed save results in the target being staggered. By staggered, it means the target may only take a single move action or standard action each round (but not both, nor can she take full-round actions).

So a rogue with TWF who flanks, and inflicts 5 attacks, can trigger 5 saves - any one of which staggers the target.

Is this right? If so, was it erratted?

Okay, was this just such an obvious question that everyone muttered, "Idiot!" and went about their merry way?

Does this feat seem balanced to everyone? Like Robilar's Gambit from the PHB2 (at Epic levels), this seems too good to be true.

Yes, that's correct and no it hasn't been eratta'd to the best of my knowledge.

Bear in mind that the staggering lasts one round and that multiple instances of it do not stack. Even if you get 5 sneak attacks and the target fails all their saves, they're still only staggered for one round.

(As an aside - personally when I DM just to save the extra bookkeeping, I automatically assume the target got a 10 on their fort save. If the damage dealt is equal to 10+their fort save mod, they're staggered, if it isn't, they're not.)
