Question about ToEE box contents

So I finally got a copy of Temple of Elemental Evilf for the PC, problem is when I checked it out at home I saw that the seal on the top was broken.

Before I go to the trouble of taking it back, would someone mind tell me what all should be in the box?

I have an install disc, a play disc, and a spiral bound instruction book. Should there be anything else?

I just opened my box up wondering what all might have been inside. I just skanned the box and figure I could read the readme file to see what it says, but I'm on the wrong computer right now.

I know that I got the 2 discs in the paper holders plus the manual. Anything more than that either didn't exist or was a mail in registration or coupon or catalog...I think.
