Question about True Sight...

Is there anyway to make an item or spell that protects against True Sight? Perhaps showing an alternate "true" form or blocking it out altogether? Would Mind Blank work?

Mind blank may protect you from some of the effects of true seeing, ie; "the divine version of this spell allows the subject to see auras, noting alignments of creatures at a glance."

...But I don't think it works vs. ie; "sees the exact locations of creatures or objects under blur or displacement effects, sees invisible creatures or objects normally"

though I could be wrong?

I'm trying to see if there is anyway a dragon that has taken human form can keep his true identity hidden from someone with True Sight. He is a high level caster and has access to alot of magic... any suggestions?

True seeing doesn't work on mundane (non magical) disguise, it also doesn't see through objects. So technically if the dragon polymorphed into a human & put on clothing covering all his "skin" (mask, goggles, gloves, boots hat ect ect), true seeing wouldn't work.

Also, I think Nondetection would work/help if you couldn't do the above. Depending on how powerfull a caster the dragon is when compaired to the PC's

Nondetection
Abjuration
Level: Rgr 4, Sor/Wiz 3, Trickery 3
Components: V, S, M
Casting Time: 1 action
Range: Touch
Target: Creature or object touched
Duration: 1 hour/level
Saving Throw: Will negates (harmless, object)
Spell Resistance: Yes (harmless, object)
The warded creature or object becomes difficult to detect by divination. Nondetection also prevents location by such magic items as crystal balls. If a divination is attempted against the warded creature or item, the caster of the divination must succeed at a caster level check (1d20 + caster level) against a DC of 11 + the caster level of the spellcaster who cast nondetection. If the character cast nondetection on the character's self or on an item currently in the character's possession, the DC is 15 + the character's caster level.
If cast on a creature, nondetection wards the creature’s gear as well as the creature itself.
Material Component: Worth 50 gp

"If the character cast nondetection on the character's self or on an item currently in the character's possession, the DC is 15 + the character's caster level." - Depending on the dragons level that might be enough?

I don't think non-detection would work since True Sight is not cast on the other person, it's a passive thing. It's not in anyway affecting the other person, only the caster.
