Question for colonelhardison (middle earth)

On the middle earth website, the wood elves are listed as:

Wood Elves: as per D&D Elves, modified as follows:

I guess it means they have +2 dex and -2 con right ?

For the Sindar elves,

2) Sindar: as per Wood Elves, modified as follows:
Wis+2, Chr+2, Dex+2

Does that means +4 dex, -2 con +2 wis +2 cha ?

Same question for the Noldor.

BTW, great work !

You're correct on the Silvan Elves, but I was unclear with the Sindar; I simply replace the -2 Con/+2Dex with the listed bonuses.
