question on force talents

This may sound like a redundant question but...

In terms of force talents that effect powers with descriptors such as telekinetik, ligh-side, etc.. do they effect all or just the ones they name? Older books obviously wouldn't list powers from the newer books

I'm pretty sure it depends on the talent.

Some are power-specific, while others affect, for instance, any telekinetic power.

In general, I'm likely to be pretty flexible with how they are applied.

Do you have a specific example in mind?

Alter talent tree: telekinetic power for example..,

Whenever you roll a natural 20 on your use the force check to activate the force disarm, force grip, force slam, force thrust, or move object force powers, you may choose to use that force power again immidiately as a free action. You may direct the second use of the force power against any eligible target.

As that is from the core book, obviously newer powers aren't amongst the named powers, so do newer telekinetic powers get added, or do they get omitted?
