32 mage gets 3/3/3/2/2/2/2/1/1 bonus spells.
Which is also pretty close to half the wizard's spells.
Fun other points. Psionic Powers don't have innate scaling (in general) because their 'spell slots' scale.
Also, be aware of the benefit of having all powers being stilled and silent (displays are ... well frustrating and silly, but common sense usually keeps them sane). The ability to wear armor is always nice.
Also note, all elemental damage that psionics creates is fire.
That kinda sucks. Psions highest elemental damage power is either Breath of Fire or Flaming Shroud (both 6th level). Breath of Fire is decent (wish it was in metacreative but hey), Flaming shroud is just the suck. 11d6, target size limit, reflex negates and deals all of 1 dice more of damage than fireball.
Psions 'meta' advantage only really materializes at 20th, when they can manifest an effective 10th level power.
