No, it's the one free action that explicitly states that it provokes an AoO.

Standing from Prone is a move action that provokes an AoO. Using an ability that changes the action required to a free action with no other stated changes makes it a free action that provokes an AoO. Unless the ability states that it removes the AoO, there's no reason to think that it does.

Now, the ELH and OA (the two sources that provide the DC 35 Tumble check rule) were written for 3E - where standing didn't provoke an AoO. Nevertheless, unless you update those sources for 3.5 and specifically insert a clause "and does not provoke an AoO", then the AoO is still provoked.
