Questions about Multiple Attacks and PrCs

Adventurer
I am currently a 7th level character (Cleric 5/Paladin 2). Next level I will become a Divine Agent of Torm.

I was using PCGen and noticed that, at 9th level (Cleric 5/Paladin 2/Divine Agent 2), it calculates me as getting 2 attacks per round at +9/+4.

My question is, is this correct? If you look under the BAB for a 2nd level Divine Agent, it just says +1. It doesn't say +1/+1. Is this just an error in the program? I've never used a PrC before, so I'm not exactly sure how this would work.

Thanx for any help!

The BAB for the PrC adds to your own BAB just as if it were any other class. So, from the Cleric 5, you have a +3, and the Paladin 2, you have a +2, so at Character level 7, you have a +5 BAB so far. Two levels of Divine Agent adds a +1 to that, bringing your BAB to +6, with the standard iterative attack at +1, so you are at +6/+1 BAB as a 9th level character with that mix of classes. I assume the rest of your attack bonus was probably from your strength, or possibly from Weapon Focus or a weapon's enhancement bonus, etc.

Iterative attacks have nothing to do with what classes you are taking, it only matters what your BAB is. In the base classes they go ahead and show you when you would get iterative attacks, but this is just an example. Any time you can take your lowest attack based soley on BAB and -5 and still have a positive number you get another attack. So after your two levels of Divine Agent, if you took 5 levels of fighter your BAB would go up to +11 and you would have attacks at +11/+6/+1 (and then adding any bonus's for strength/focus/magic weapons etc.)
