Hey, I never claimed Americans actually make sense. I guess they're saying it's the Common Era because we're all in it, so we all have something in common... I even had some professors who deliberately said "of the Common Era" each time they mentioned a date, refusing to abbreviate anything in their speech.S'mon said:_Common_ era?! Wow, that's _totally_ un-PC, claiming that Christian dating is or should be _common_ to everyone!
