My questions:
1. Mike's scoop tells us Healing Surges are standard action per day self-healings. My new questions are: How much is healed? Are there restrictions, like once per encounter?
2. Do wizards still rely on books to prepare spells (between encounters)?
3. What is the Weakened condition?
4. What is a "versatile" weapon?
5. Is nonlethal damage still in the game?
6. Why is the rogue not proficient with clubs, quarterstaffs and other simple weapons?
7. Is the rapier considered a short sword, so the rogue is proficient with it, or still a separate weapon?
8. When Strength is added to weapon damage from basic attacks for a player character, does the modifier include half your level as well? I understand it does not for monsters.
