D&D 5E Quick! Give me a jungle random encounter

This encounter was randomly generated for an uninhabited tropical forest using the 1E DMG and MM.

At a sighting distance of 20 feet, the party encounters 7 adult loxodont elephants (in all respects like regular (asiatic) elephants except for the following: speed 50 ft., hp 84, CON 18, Gore attack does 22 (3d10+6) piercing damage) and 3 young (hp 52, 42, and 31).

Tarzan and Jane and some apes which are in reality Balguras, accompanied by some invisible yugoloth illusionist (who made the lifelike realistic illusion of Tarzan and Jane)
Give the party some surprised moments, and then the delayed blast fireball ignites.

Tomb of Annihilation's jungle:
A zombie T-Rex does not spot the PCs but it does spit out a squad of skeletons then lumber on its way. The skeletons might spot the characters. Or they might not. The PCs might attack the skeletons. Or they might not. (Who am I kidding?) The zombie T-Rex, which never left the range for PCs to hear its heavy footsteps, will stealthily stalk the sound of fighting and attack, maybe with surprise.
