Quick help w/ Google

Digital M@

How do I delete/clear previous searches I have done on Google. I have Googled a co-worker to try and find photos for decorating her cubicle for her birthday and I don't want my wife to see her name in search history. I have a close relationship with this girl and my wife is already a bit jealous. I do not want to feed the flames.

I would like to avoid mass deleting of Internet forms and the like, but will do so if neccessary.

Maybe this helps?

If you worried about your key word history and don't want to delete all the history, you can delete individual entry's by high-lighting key words from the drop-down menu (high-lights blue) and then just press the delete key.

I hope this doesn't come off as too preachy, but have you tried just talking to your wife about it?

In general, I find that hiding things and being deceptive is a bad idea. At best it makes you worry and feel guilty, and it can make things look even worse if the truth IS found out. Imagine if your wife discovered somehow that not only had you been googling your coworker (man that sounds dirty!), but that you also took steps to hide your tracks.

I'm sure if you talked to her about it she would, at least grudgingly, understand. And, hell, if she really does make a huge deal about it, maybe you shouldn't have done it out of respect for her anyway.

Of course, I don't know you or your wife, so I could be totally off base here. I'm just throwing my $0.02 in, and like I said, I don't mean to sound preachy. Don't take this as anything more than the inane gibberings of some guy on the internet.

Probably the best advice here. Thanks.
