Quick question about Scry

In 3.0 the Scry spell specified the conditions under which the target would be aware that they were being watched. It doesn't say the same thing in 3.5. Does that mean that targets are no longer aware of being scryed upon?

You are aware of a "tingle" when you succeed on a saving throw. Also, you may be able to notice a scrying sensor with a DC 20 intelligence check.
