Quick Scout Question

I recently made an Essentials Scout using the DDI Character Builder. It worked pretty well but I have one concern. The power card (ie the last page of the character sheet) listed Dual Weapon Attack with my main hand rapier instead of my off hand short sword. Is that a bug? That power should use my off hand weapon when calculating damage, correct?

Yes, I think it's a bug. I created a scout the exact same way last week - main hand rapier, off hand short sword - and the power card showed the rapier for the off-hand attack.
