quicken spell or divine shield

Okay, help me decide on a feat for my 12th level cleric. Quicken spell or divine shield.
With divine shield I gain +4 AC for 4 rounds up to 11 times a day.
With quicken I can cast a quickened divine favor for +4hit/damage +4AC from shield of faith (actually +2ac due to wearing ring of protection +2)
Are their any other 1st or 2nd leel spells that are worthwhile?

I would go for Quicken Spell, +4 to AC sounds not that great and Quicken Spell will get better the higher your caster level rises.
