Sleep places Valan on a large pile of well-gambled winnings. A glorious, hardy laugh echoes through his mind.

If/when he is awakened for his watch, Valan will spend the rest of the night considering the pros and cons of nodding off.

The night passes uneventfully as the companions stay tucked safely in their rooms. As the Sun crests the horizon, there are knocks on the bedroom doors. "Time ta rise, gentlemen. Mr. Travers suggests an early start ta yer journey. Breakfast'll be served in the dining room in ten minutes."

"Nothing like a good's night sleep." Ragnikyr collects and packs his various belongings, and then reports for breakfast. If nothing else surprising occurs, he's ready to head off down the road as soon as possible.

Valan heads out the door having been redy to go for half a night

"Good night sleep?" Valan Yawns "Lucky you."

Valan eats quicky, anxious to grab BJ and be off on the road again.

The party gathers in the dining room for breakfast. An ample spread has been laid out for them, eggs, bacon, biscuits & gravy, toast & butter, juice and fresh milk are all available. None of the workers join them, but Mr. Travers does make a brief appearance.

"Good morning, gentlemen. I'm sorry I can't join you for breakfast, but my foreman and I have to head to Ravensdale on a business matter. I have tasked two of my employees to take you to the site of the abandoned camp, however, and they will meet you on the porch in fifteen minutes. Now if you'll excuse me, I must be off. Good day and good luck, travelers."

After breakfast, including a third helping of eggs for Kerrz, "Gonna need my protein if I gotta bash any heads today," you assemble on the porch. A middle-aged man stands there waiting for you.

"Ayuh, m'name's Cinder. I'm s'posed ta take ya ta da camp we found. S'posed ta have help too, but 'e ain't here yet." Cinder looks around for a minute, then continues. "Ayuh, 'ere 'e comes now."

You turn to where Cinder is looking and you see a young man approaching at a trot. It's Dak.

Tor & Ragnikyr:[sblock]You see a rat the size of a small dog running away from the storage building Dak is coming from.[/sblock]

Gideon gathers his things quickly, and eats his breakfast somberly. Later on the porch, when he notices that Dak is their other companion, he fails to stifle a chuckle.
