Moreover, how much Illumians differ from the preview removed from WotC site?

Loredelvers look to be essentially tomb raiders. They go into ruins and disable the magical wards in order to plunder the secrets that await discovery. They have Bardic Knowledge, magical insight, detect magic, evasion, spontaneous casting, and other combinations of roguish and arcane abilities.

They are illumians who have left their cabals and rely almost entirely on the use of magic in a fight. From the looks of it, they have the ability to make good support characters in a fight but won't do well on their own. I hadn't seen the preview on Wotc's site, so I can't compare the two for you unfortunately.

Not quite - Illumians do speak normally, don't float, and have human origins.

I thought the book was supposed to have a short blurb on Half-Giants, based on what earlier previews said...

I was sort of suspecting there'd be a non-psionic version, but if they were going to mention Half-Giants, they'd probably have to mention Elan and Maenads as well, since they're so close to Humans.

But anyways what's a Scar Enforcer and an Urban Soul?
What are Underfolk? I assume they're another offshoot of the Human race.
Shouldn't Mongrelfolk be Goblinoids?
What are some of the new spells and psionics?

Scar Enforcer is a half elf with attitude. They hate both sides of their heritage. Nice details on the Scar Enforcers as a political group and how to integrate them into the campaign.

Underfolk are humans with slight alterations but 95% human.
