I think you guys are reading too much into it.The way it sounds to me only half orcs, half elves, half ogres and half giants (and maybe man) are in the book. It's not a book of crossbreeds, like Bastards and Bloodlines, it's a race book that has those four crossbreeds in it. No more.

So no muls then? If that's so they can keep their stinkin book.

Seriously, I hope they at least have man in the it.

I'd rather see this book focus on humans (and if all of these books are going to introduce a new race I'd like the new race to be some primitive offshoot of humans), with material on crossbreeding humans with various other races. Don't just do the few crossbreeds that already exist... give us rules for half-dwarves, half-halflings (quarterlings?), and so forth. If your going to do it, go all the freaking way.
