The Radiance Master's guide is out for the Radiance RPG. This is probably the single best GM book I have ever read because of one thing. The author tells you the thinking behind how the classes and races were made mathematically and how you can create your own classes and races (among other things). It features monsters and story line examples , maps for you to use. It's a fantastic book if you like the Radiance RPG I highly suggest this.
