Mmmh... Such a weapon could kill a person seven times with the same shot. Well, not sure this is worse than being killed only once though... :\

Note that they don't say how much solid will be turned to liquid, and so forth. The darned "bullet" is measured in microns. We're talking something about ten human hairs wide (depending on what hair you're talking about). If it causes notable damage to a bit of flesh the size of a pencil eraser, still many times the size of the bullet, the thing still wouldn't kill a squirrel, much less a 20th level fighter.

But I give no promises that it won't kill a 1st level commoner
