Rain of steel - too powerful?

One downside that I can see which is not being discussed, is that compared to the other two is that it is a stance, however there are so few stances that this is not currently a big limitation.

That is really not a downside. It means you turn it on and it works for the rest of the encounter (baring accidents). while you can use your other powers normally. Seems like a great advantage to me.

There are a number of daily stances - in theory over time there might be encounter stances and such, too. Since you can't use other stance powers at the same time, it's a limitation.

Even if it's not a huge limitation.
