the game is meant to help model the fantasy world. it doesn't work well the other way around. the obvious intent for the rakshasa is that it's affected by only the most powerful magic.

And a magical bolt thrown by a demigod is not most powerfull magic?

Why is it so "hidden"? Why is it not listed with its other at-will spells? And, again, if it is a "spell", it has no level, and therefore is not 6th level or lower.
