Random Wilderness Encounters

I still roll hourly as suggested, but I added a level of encounter tables in-between (40% harmless/helpful, 40% neutral observation, 20% hostile). It helps to flesh out travel with numerous encounters, but keeps the combat down to acceptable levels.

I also re-roll immediately after every encounter combat, to see if another encounter was drawn to the ruckus.

With my fitness background, I see random encounters as having two variables, frequency and intensity, which have an inverse relationship. I've upheld the frequency, but had to drastically reduce the intensity.
