What is considered a "full range increment"? If i fire a longbow at 101 ft, do i get the -2 penalty?

If the range increment is 100, then you have one full range increment (100) and one partial (1). So you get a -2 penalty on your attack.

If you fire a longbow at 100ft, you get the -2 penalty.
