Ranged Touch Sneak Attacks

Ok, I have several Questions.
(1)-
Lets say their are 10 goblins that are unaware of the player...
When you cast a spell such as Acid Orb( Acid orb creates one orb for each level of caster, which can target multiple targets) , which is a ranged touch attack and also means you can make a sneak attack when flanking or the enemy is denied their dex bonus, can you make each orb (lets say theirs 10 orbs) attack each goblin (within 30 feet) and get a sneak attack on each goblin for the 10 seperate orbs??? This is considering that their all denied dex, so sneak attack works, and the mage has lets say 2d6 sneak attack.
I know you would have to roll a 20 for each orb to hit the target. According to d20 rules when using a ranged touch attack within 30 ft of a target, it does sneak attack damage if that target is flanked or denied dex just like a rogue's skill.
SO, does anyone know if each goblin would take the sneak attack damage? or just one designated target?

Question (2) - Lets say ur fighting a red dragon (Ancient) with 38 AC. You want to do a ranged touch attack spell to sneak attack. Does the dragon get any negatives to AC? and does the spell ignore the dragons natural AC? Seems like an acid ray would NOT have to penetrate a dragons hide in order to inflict its damage, therefore the +15 (or whatever it is) natural hide AC would be ignored.

Thanks!

You can make one sneak attack per attack action. The spell is a standard action, so you can only get sneak attack once for the spell. You would designate which target is the sneak attack target before making the attack rolls. Note that you are only getting one attack. The attack rolls are just the way this spell works itself out.

Ranged touch attacks ignore natural armor.

Sweet, Thanks very much, you have cleared up a lot of confusion. I thought it was kinda wierd when I got 5d6 sneak attacks on 4 different monsters on all the same rounds, lol

You get Sneak Attack damage anytime your opponent is flanked or otherwise denied his dex modifier, though as is stated in an example with magic missile, only the first missile has the accuracy for the extra damage.

Song and Silence has more details on Sneak Attack, but you can get more than one in per round. If you have two opponets who are each being threatened by an ally, you could flank both of them, thus getting a sneak attack. It is not limited to once per action.

Actually, you can't sneak attack with the Magic Missile spell. It has no attack roll involved, and thus cannot crit or sneak attack.

It's limited to once per attack (even if you make several attack rolls for that one attack, such as with Shuriken or the various Orb spells).

OK, the example was with Melf's acid arrow, not magic missile, but I thought I had fairly clearly stated that you could only get one per attack. "Only the first missile has the required accuracy..."
