I just saw the latest Mind's Eye thing on WOTC's website.

Goody, Mindstorms just what we needed one more thing that only harms psionics but does nothing to magic.
When they started this psionic project they went on and on about how they would make psionics and magic the same thing, anything that worked on magic would work on psionics for balance reasons. They failed to mention that they didn't intend for that rule to apply to bad things happening to psions.
Serveral monsters and things have been listed as Immune to Psionics, What does that mean? Magic/Psionic Transperancy, it's your own rule people doesn't that mean they are immune to all magic also? Pretty Unbalancing.
Manual of the Planes list All Psionic powers and Items as stoping working in the outlands before even 9th level spells do. Yes, this seems greatly balanced.
I know they are Wizards of the coast and all, but this whole magic is better than anything else bull, is getting annoying.
And no, the random good thing below it doesn't balance out the random bad thing above. That's the same reason we don't have Wild Mages.
