rapid shot with manyshot: do they stack?

i was just wondering if i could use the rapid shot and manyshot feats in the same round, so all of my attacks would have a -4 penalty, but there would be an extra attack and extra arrows each round?

Off the top of my head, no--they don't stack. Rapid shot is a full round action while Many Shot is a standard action. I've got no rule to quote as support, but rapid shotting your many shot seems pretty cheesy! (grin)

Actually, you don't need to quote a rule. That fact is in the description of the feats. One requires a full-attack, one requires a standard action. You can't do both in the same round; thus, you cannot use Rapid Shot and Manyshot in the same round.

Again, no.

To take more than one shot a round due to high BAB, you must take the full attack action.

Use of Manyshot requires a standard action.

You cannot take a full attack action and a standard action in the same round.

Thus you can use Manyshot, or take multiple attacks via other standard methods such as the iterative attacks of high BAB, but not both.
