I rated it middle of the road.

At higher levels, Improved Grab is probably on of the most likely reason for SGDS (Sudden Grunt Death Symdrome).

How would you all rate it compared with, say, Blind Fight?

Personally, I prefer Blind Fight because it is not purely passive.
