I'm surprised people are more upset that the shifters lack natural weapons than the fact that warforged can (and should) wear armor.

Wear armour, or have armour plating fitted?

Then you need to visit this thread. KB is encouraging people to share criticism of the MM warforged.
(But he wants actual concrete criticism, so it's probably best to keep it clear and to the point (not that I follow my own advice on that as much as I should but...))

... but that said, seeing the Warforged write-up, I'm quite looking forward to seeing what they do with Shifters!
