Razorbow weapon for 4th ed

Doesn't the hand crossbow in PHB have load free? I agree with above posters in principle though, +3 prof 1d10 load minor is where you should start. I wouldn't add high crit, and range has to be considered too, although I suppose realistically 20 squares for the longbow is enough to cover almost the entire battlefield as-is.

Well it has to be better, or you'd use a longbow instead, wouldn't you? ;)
Why not use a feat to buy longbow proficiency?

I'd think a lot of folk have already ruled that not allowing rogue abilities to be used with other weapons is wrong?
I know the worry is ridiculous abuses (3.5 spike chain trip rogue, jeesh :p ), but in 4th ed I don't see the problem.

All other superior weapons are +3 hit.
They offer distinct advantages: higher damage, often have High Crit, or off hand, or high damage and Light Weapon etc.

This weapon also has a slight disadvantage with the range (which is fair and makes sense).

so, +3, miniumum of +1 dice increase and something else to keep in line with other Superior weapons, seems reasonable to me :)

Otherwise, treat it as a Simple weapon +2 hit, +1 dice increase, reduced range as shown.

No, since rogue abilities don't work with the longbow. Rogue abilities are balanced to light blade, sling and crossbow only.

The problem is that rogue abilities are all balanced for low [w] values

All other superior weapons are +3 hit.

True, but take careful note of how many +3 hit ranged weapons there are. Only the 1d4 Shuriken.

Rapiers are one damage more than short swords
Bastard swords are one damage more than long swords
Katars are high crit short swords

Spiked chain are half a point LESS damage than the pole arms and are the only superior weapon with a higher plus to hit than the martial version.

So to recap +1 damage or high crit or +1 hit -.5 damage

To follow those rules

+2 to hit 1d10 damage
or
+2 to hit 1d8 damage high crit
or
+3 to hit 1d8 damage lower range

so, +3, miniumum of +1 dice increase and something else to keep in line with other Superior weapons, seems reasonable to me :)

Remember it's just one feat. +1 to hit +1 to damage is far too much for one feat.

Otherwise, treat it as a Simple weapon +2 hit, +1 dice increase, reduced range as shown.?

What does range matter when you mostly use it for blinding strike?
