Though I understand it is very different in all details from the original, FWIW. I wonder how far something can stray from an original and still be considered more than simply utilizing the same plot?

Man, I was completely floored by the lack of Razzie love for Superman Returns here. Awful, wooden acting + No chemistry + A respectable actor turning out complete lameness that doesn't even match up well placed against the series players in Smallville?

Don't get me wrong, Bloodrayne is so wrong on so many levels that it wins hands down but the only thing I thought went well in Superman Returns was the cinematography and costuming.

Uwe Boll was robbed!

Well, they announced the winners last night. Basic Instinct 2 won worst picture and worst sequel. Little Man got several awards, including worst actor, worst screen couple, and worst remake/ripoff. Carmen Electra won worst supporting actress, and RV won worst excuse for family entertainment.

M. Night Shyalaman won two Razzies: worst supporting actor and (here's what I don't get) worst director? Over Uwe Boll? WTF? If Uwe Boll is up for Worst Director, he should win by default! What's wrong with the Razzie voters?

And my cousin saw Snakes on a Plane; she also thought it was robbed.
