They're all from the WotC site. The paper quality is high, so they make nice props. None of them are close to 25mm scale, so unfortunately you cannot use them as battlemaps. For its time, I thought Map Folio I was a good value for $10. Of course, now we can buy Dungeon Tiles for $10 or Fantastic Locations for $15, and IMO these are superior products.
Map Folio II was very disappointing. I don't remember what all was in it, but it was dominated by a ziggurat and I couldn't use any of it, so I returned it.
Map Folio 3D was no good either. It lacked instructions of any kind, at least one piece wasn't marked properly, the forge for the largest building has a large area of white space, and the paper quality (arguably the appeal for the product, since the images are also free on the WotC site) is too good. The paper's finish makes it difficult to keep folded, especially with small parts like the forge fence.
