Ready to Distract

Hmm, kinda curious now.

If you ready an action to "disrupt a spellcaster" (ie, "If She Casts a Spell, "), can that readied action trigger if the 'target' is instead using a Spell-Like Ability, instead of Casting a Spell?

I'm of the opinion that it does count, but I can see the other side, given that using a SLA requries concentration like a Spell cast.

But I'm not sure...

Specific reference came up when contemplating the Occult Slayer with their Vicious Strike (double damage on disruption attempts [disrupting a spellcaster].

SLAs work similar to casting a spell... so I'd say yes. How was that, verbal and somatic components should be clearly visible?
