Time Stop is pretty clear in its description that it isn't to be used as a means of insta-kill-without-threat-to-yourself.
I don't think I said anything that disagrees with you...No, it is clear what you can and can't do regarding harming people while the spell is in effect. There is no prohibition on attacking after the spell expires.
The Spell doesn't say that while the spell is in effect you can't have your crossbow loaded and pointed at someones face. As soon as you see motion in the target you pull the trigger. Simple, and well within the spell description and combat rules.
