RECRUITING CLOSED! 4ed: The Wolfcrown

How about this - Baern (and you other divine guys, if you want) can spend a made-up feat to use his weapon as an implement. Does it look satisfactory?

FEAT
Divine Implement Proficiency: Choose one weapon group. You may use a weapon from this weapon group as an implement for divine powers.

NOTE: I don't think this will be unbalancing, as it seems slightly unfair that you have to keep juggling two items. However, if I notice abuse in this field, I won't hesitate to recant this feat.

EDIT: Also, IG - make sure you pay for that ritual if you haven't yet : )

Ok, here are my level 4 updates... final answer:

Ability Increases: +1 WIS, +1 CON
Feat: Divine Implement Proficiency
+1 to init, defenses, et al.
Retrained away Penance Compelled for Fires of Judgment

My level 7 items are:
* Finemail of Dwarven Vigor
* Vicious Warhammer (also usable as a divine implement, though I'm assuming without the +2d12 crit modifier)

I purchased:
* Ritual: Last Sight Vision
* Potion of Healing (4)
* Residuum (50, after spending 25)
* Amulet of Protection +2

God, I hope that's it.

@Holyman, here we go with updated magic items.

Just a note, you qualify for masterwork pplate with a +2 enhancement - your choices ate Layered, which gives ac 9 instead of 8 for the plate, or Rhimefire, which gives resist all 1. I have gone with the layered, let me know if you would prefer the rhimefire.

@ Phaezen HUH??

Armour gains masterwork qualities as the enhancement goes up.

for Plate armour at the +2 range you have two choices:

Layered Plate, which increases the base AC bonus for plate from +8 to +9

or

Rhimefrost Plate which gives you resist 1 to all damage.

It is a free upgrade.

Unfortunately Hide armour currently has nothing to boost it till a +3 enhancement bonus :(

While I have a min, my choices are +1 more to AC or resist 1 which is like some sort of damage reduction?

Is it to all types of attacks or only whatever? vs. AC

because if it is all it would be very potent right?

HM

To IG: You can keep your extra crit dice when using it as an implement. You just don't get your proficiency bonus to your attack rolls.

To HM: I can't find a specific ruling on Rimefire Plate's resistance, so unless someone finds contrary evidence, I'll say that Rimefire Plate armor would reduce ALL damage you take by 1.
