As much as I want to thin my collection of gaming books, I will never get rid of my Alternity books. I love them that much.

Are you a poster over on Alternity.net? If you want to see how Alt can do fantasy, there is a (very long) conversion of AD&D 2nd ed in the fantasy menu by Red Dragon (it is about a dozen files so you have to look for all of them).

Call of Cthulhu or a homebrew modern campaign based in its BRP implementation. It is my favorite game as it combines a great setting and a simple yet functional rules set.

My vote has to go to the World of Darkness. Vampire, in either incarnation, would be my preferred choice in that category.

I'd really, really, love to get a game of Exalted running. Problem is that the world is so frickin' big, and characters start out at pretty high power levels, that I wouldn't know where to begin.

Cyberpunk 2020

Hi all-
When it's time to take a break from D&D, it's Cyberpunk that I play. Since we're so close to 2020 now, I advance the time to 60 years in the future, but other than than that, its all the same.
I am looking forward (and have been for about 8 years) for Cyberpunk V3, that is due out in December.

Yup, what could have been the best rpg on the market but due to GW's lack of support, it kind of died on the vine. ALOT of D&D 3x was barrowed from WFRP IMNSHO too.

But I still have it, and one day might start a campaign again, the Old World setting rocked!
