reduced wish cost

I'm planning on introducing an additional clause into the Wish spell:

* if you wish for something which could have been fully granted by Limited Wish, you only pay 300xp for the use of the spell

Reason? I don't see why a wish has to always suck out the full 5000xp when duplicating something which a lesser wish spell can do more cheaply.

(I'm probably going to slap Miracle with the same xp cost as wish too, with a similar benefit of only 300xp for "lesser" miracles.)

Yeah, I'd definitely be pretty lenient with wish. In fact, if you wanted to duplicate any 8th or lower level spell, I'm not sure I'd even bother making you pay XP. It's wish, dammit, it's supposed to be powerful.
