Reducing arcane spell failure

A player in my campaign is interested in trying to reduce the arcane spell failure chance of armor for his new wizard. We both seem to remember a feat somewhere that let you do that but can't remember the specifics of it or where it was located. Does anybody else know if this feat exists, and if so where? I don't need the specifics of the feat listed, just what book, Dragon magazine or webpage.

You can also use special materials to reduce arcane spell failure. Mithral reduces ASF by 10% and Blended Quartz (from Arms and Equipment Guide) reduces ASF by 20%. Using Blended Quartz chain shirt and Mithral Dastana and Mithral Chana-aina (the two armor add-ons from OA) you can a armor bonus of +6 with no arcane spell failure. You would still take the ACP on your attack rolls unless proficent with light armor.

The Spellsword PrC from Tome & Blood also had a class ability to reduce Arcane Failure.

Thanks for the help. I also found the Armored Caster feat in the Netbook of Feats. I am going to check out the Spellsword in Tome and Blood but I don't have the other books that were mentioned. I will probably let him use the Armored Caster feat from the netbook but will not let it stack each time you take it.
