(ooc: Vespazian will continue to charge the Song Speaker anyhow. So just the +2 att, -2 AC for this round. I think this will end up "ugly" for our faltering captain, mostly!)

OOC: to quote a hag born ...can't we all just get along?...oh wait we're evil...never mind just as long as I loot the bodies...damn not there...

Vespazian Charges, hitting Tsu'Koka with Whorefrost < 11HP including Frost and Sneak....I rolled low>.

Sroka, gauging the situation, and showing a snaggle-toothed smile shifts his Auras, changing to Aura of Accurate Strike and Motivate Attack <Tsu'Koka now +3 to confirm Crits and +1 on all attack rolls>
The Marshall, however, stays his hand in the conflict, watching the two higher officers duel, as was his people's custom.

OoC:Tsu'Koka and his Dire Wolf are up...

Tsu'koka wheels Blood around. He pushes up in the saddle and swings his unholy mace high to strike ... and drives his heels into the dire wolves flanks. The huge beast surges right through the man in front of them, with a little luck knocking the captain onto his arse in the dust.

Assuming he is able to get clear, Tsu'koka lets Blood put in a few strides before he wheels the Dire wolf back around about 60 feet way. A couple of words and a twist of his fingers power surges through him and his mount {1}

"Do not force me to waste anymore spells that should be being used to throw down the usurper.

"You obviously have power, but I have seen nothing to suggest that you have the ablility to to lead us in restoring Zuregath. The Muragar, unbelievable as it sounds, can do so I believe. So as Zugegath's servant I must ride with them.

"I will not stand before the Iron Lord {2} and have to explain why I stood aside while others fought and restored him, nor why I let the hobgoblins do so.

"That is where I stand."

ooc: Tsu'koka doesn't attempt to strike Vesparsian, but will defend.

ooc: {1} cast Good Hope on self and Blood; {2} Is that right? Iron King? I think that this is from another thread actually. What was that name.

Blood's attack (Trip) knocks Vespazian down <Attack roll 27,Blood Str check 18,Vespazians 9. If Overbear or Bull Rush is more appropriate, then I can edit my Trip comment. Same result,though...>.
Blood moves off a ways and wheels.

OoC:It's King, but no problem, Lord works as well.

ooc: I realise that its Vespasians turn, but I thought I would get this up while I wait for him to measure his axe. Tsu'koka won't initiate combat with Vespazian, if attacked he will attempt to move away if possible or defend if necessary. The exception to this is if Vespazian attacks Sroka or the other hobgblins, in which case Tsu'koka will go after the hoomun with everything he has got.

Vespazian rises with axe in hand and swings at Tsu'koka once more. I won't have dissention in my ranks you whoreson.

"You have no ranks Vespasian," responds Tsu'koka in a quiet voice that carries easily across the plain regardless.

"Everything you had was given to you by Zurageth. You had nothing, you were just an empty vessel to hold Zurageth's command. But so pleased you were with yourself, strutting and preening. A conceited show-cockrel. You saw no value in earning any respect of your own. Now Zurageth is gone, and all your authority is but dust.

"Zurageth will grant his authority as he sees fit when he is restored. Perhaps to you. But you need not be the same empty shell of a man that you were.

"Abandon your conceits and vanities and join us. Place yourself where the fighting is thickest. Rally when the others lag. Respect those that you fight with and in return, become respected. Stand before Zurageth a man of authority."
