Request for King Cobra stats

I was wondering if there is an Open Content King Cobra that could be posted here. If the isn't I would appreciate it if someone could stat it out for me. It is important to know that a King Cobra's venom is "save or die", easily dispatching threats and/or annoyances with its venom.

I'd probably go with a Medium or Large viper, and change the poison.

If Wikipedia is accurate: "King cobra venom attacks the victim's nervous system and quickly induces severe pain, blurred vision, vertigo, drowsiness, and paralysis. In the minutes following, cardiovascular collapse occurs, and the prey falls into a coma. Death soon follows due to respiratory failure."

I'd go with initial damage 1d6 Dex and 1d6 Con and secondary damage of death.

According to the Tome of Horrors, M-H viper, poison DC 15, 1d8 Con damage, Onset in 1 minute, 1d4 Str and 1d4 Con secondary damage.
