Would anyone here be interested in providing a monster or two for Asgard issue 7? The deadline for submission is August 7th, although I'll be gone to GenCon then, so you can really get away with submitting as late as August 11th. I won't be picky.
Anyway, any type of monster would be great, although I would particularly like to see some of the following types:
a) dreamscape-based critters. Something that lurks in a dreamworld.
b) a death-knight-esque character. One of the friends of a member of these boards was injured in a car accident, and when asked, he said that he'd like to see, "a stat block with MM description for a good death knight monster block." Not quite sure what that means, but I wanted to help the guy out and have something in Asgard to cheer him up.
c) a monster with innate martial arts ability. Maybe something like an elemental force that is derived from a martial arts style. Y'know, there is the crane style and the tiger style. Maybe there is an actual scion of the crane race, upon which the fighting style was based.
Just a few thoughts. Anyone up to the challenge? If so, email me at RangerWickett@hotmail.com, and we can see if we can work the critter into next month's issue.
