Reserve Feats for healers?

If we see any divine reserve feats, I doubt any will be healing related. I expect it to be more like blessings or smites and other religious conviction type effects.

If there are any healing-type effects, I expect it to be bestowal of temporary hit points rather than actual healing.

I just want to see more options for paladins that don't want to use mounts. Like maybe class substitution for that based on the god you follow (Pelorian Paladins can double their heal spells, Heironious paladins can summon lighting blades, etc.)

Things like that.

Like MerricB pointed out, the dragon shaman already has unlimited healing up to half hit points. In addition, the binder has unlimited healing up to full hit points.

I could see a reserve feat related to healing working along the lines of healing 1 hp/level of the healing spell held in reserve per round, with a limit on the maximum number of hit points healed also varying by spell level, say, 30% + 5% per level of the reserve spell, so that a 9th level spell held in reserve will allow the character to heal up to 75% of normal hit points with this ability.

I think 1 temporary hit point/level of the curing/healing spell held in reserve sounds like a pretty good start, depending on what the cap on temporary hit points would be.

Is it possible to balance something like being able to heal 1d4 hit points at will with holding a potent healing/curing spell in reserve? How about 1d6 or more? What about curing poison or disease?

I'd handle it very similar to the Dragon Shaman aura, personally.

Hold a 3rd or higher level cure spell in reserve (actually has to be memorized), and you can deliver a touch that heals 1d4 + 1 (or 2) per level of the held spell. Deals damage against undead as normal.

The hitch is: can't heal a target above 1/2 their maximum hp in this fashion.

But perhaps that's teh problem, that healing is a very nice class ability of the dragon shaman, should we just allow that to be done as a feat?

If they include it it should be roughly akin to a ring of regeneration at best or it's worth a bit too much in comparison to other feats.
