Resident Evil -- which works better?

Do you think I should use Spycraft or D20 Modern for a high-octane Resident Evil-inspired d20 action/adventure game? I've removed d20 Call of Cthulhu from the list of choices simply because I don't agree with some of the rules presented and because I don't want to be mucking around with Sanity... that screws with too much of the zombie-slaying goodness!

Actually I would use a higbryd version of CoC and d20 modern. If you don't like the sanity thing just remove it. If you follow This link to a previous thread it has the PDF for RE. If you can also find that Hellraiser one and combine the two there are some neat "action movie" feats for PCs. If nothing else I say just go with CoC and drop the sanity points thing if ye dont like it.

The PDF is definately downloadable, but I wanted to give everyone a heads up that the FTP server might be kinda stingy on bandwidth. My server is pulling down a few GBs of data just now.

It depends on which book you have. If you have only one, use that one since you're probably already familiar with the rules. If you have both, which is what I would suggest, combine elements out of them as you see fit. Thats what I do with my StarGate campaign. One of the worlds my players will visit will be infested with zombies

BTW, adding the sanity rules makes the game slightly more realistic which is why I'm incorporating them into my games.

I really like sanity points. It adds an extra depth to the roleplay :)
