Retrain Half-Elf Dilettante Power?

First Post
I searched and could not find anything definitive, but I was wondering if there are any rules allowing (or disallowing) the retraining of a Half-Elf's dilettante power.

Well, the basic retraining rules on page 28 says you can change one "feat, power or skill selection" so I wold be inclined to call the dilettante a power, even though it could be argued it is a racial ability.

Go for it!!

You can replace a power with another power of the same type (at-will attack power, encounter attack power, daily attack power, or utility power), of the same level or lower, and from the same class—a 5th-level attack power for another 5th-level attack power, for example, or a 22nd-level utility power for a different 22nd-level utility power. You can’t replace a power that’s a class feature (such
as a cleric’s
healing word or a warlock’s eldritch blast) or a power gained from a paragon path or epic destiny.

Now, this doesn't specify that you cannot retrain a power gained from a class feature.

But what it does do is limit you to retraining the power from the same class... At least by RAW.

So a Half-Elf that took a Rogue at-will for dilletante would still have to have a Rogue at-will...

Honestly, the player should give a good reason for why they want to retrain it. Obviously, poor choices shouldn't gimp players.

Equally, a good enough story reason would make it allowable in my book...
