Retriever HP

I'm just getting into DMing 3.5 recently. Forgive me if this has been asked before. I was unable to find it in the existing threads.

The Retriever appears to have 40 more hit points than it should by the rules.

55 (average rolls for 10d10 HD) +
0 (Con -) +
40 (Huge Construct Bonus) =
95 hp total

135 hp listed in MM

Where's it getting the extra 40 hp?

Somebody messed up and used the colossal construct bonus (+80 hp) instead of the one for huge constructs.

What's funny is that I read this thread yesterday afternoon, and then, last night, the DM used a Retriever in our adventure.
