Gonna play short rest as whoever wants to take one should say the wish to while others do other things.
Zanword said he wished to explore and Aridha doesn't need a rest so she could go along.
Emmyr was going to loot the bodies, and normally that could be onsidered "light" activity, but the rats may make a fuss about him disturbing their meal.
Rana needs to go get her frog down and then rejoin the group, so also could be a considered a short rest.
Integrating a prison is not restful btw. haha

Emmyr is only down the 5 hp he got from Aid, so he's just going to use Second Wind and then short rest to get SW and Action Surge back.
Second Wind: 1D10+3 = [1]+3 = 4
Second Wind: 1D10+3 = [1]+3 = 4

If he is only down Temp HP, I believe those do not heal. They just go away.
