Not sure I get how levitate, create water and summon monster work there... and why only summon monster I and V?

Levitate is Target: Halfling touched.

Summon Monster I has a simple verbal component: "Heeee-ere, monster-monster-monster!"

Summon Monster V has a longer casting time, and a more complicated verbal component. "Oh, dear! This bag of gold is soooo-o heavy! Whatever shall I do with it? Maybe I could buy a magic sword... like the one I left at home!"

The disadvantage of the Barbarian Summon Monster line is that unlike the arcane or divine versions, there's no guarantee the monsters summoned will be friendly.

As for Create Water... do we really need to go into detail?
