Revised Skill Challenge Rules?

I've only played 4E a couple times but I seem to recall (?) that there was a revision made to the Skill Challenge rules. I can't remember the reason why but it might have been because they were either too easy or too difficult.

Is this correct and, if so, where can I find the revisions?

WotC's site has it, under D&D Updates (not errata, for some reason.) They got easier.
