RG1 & RG2 conversions

HI all,

I recently unearthed (pardon the pun) my copies of the 1E and 2E Rogues Gallery books while preparing to move house.

Would anyone be interested if I did 3.5 conversion of these NPCs? Also, would it be breaching any form of Copyright?

I don't think you have to worry about any legal issues if the conversion is only for fun, game play. In other words, if you don't plan to do official NPC conversions, as per the OGL, then feel free to contribute to my thread.
